Vice President, Business Development Sold the intellectual property assets from my previous company to an investor group lead by Gaiam that was merging several firms together to focus on the conscious media space. I moved from Washington to Broomfield, CO and developed strategy and helped launch several new ventures including an advertising network composed of major magazines and a credit card/ loyalty-rewards program for conscious consumers. |

ConsciousMedia.com sold over 50,000 products for body, mind & spirit. I successfully secured angel and VC financing for company. Each month, the site attracted approximately 100,000 unique customers and over 400,000 page views. Our annualized sales were $3 Million and we had a market capitalization of $30 Million. |
